AUDIT & MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Our  Audit and Maintenance Coordinator has two key areas to cover:

  • Supporting auditing (Stock and Food Alert)

  • Supporting the Commercial/Maintenance team with orders, quotes and admin.

The role incorporates a mixture of desk based and in property working. The auditing aspect is to report on company compliance, adherence to business objective compliance, legal & statutory compliance, stock control, licensing and allergen adherence. The commercial aspect of the role will support finding suitable external contractors to take on larger maintenance projects, but which fall out of the scope of regular maintenance and therefore are not dealt with by our in-house maintenance team, dealing with quotes, basic planning, and admin including invoicing.
