Our Head Chefs are primarily responsible for creating an inspiring and innovative food offering for our pubs and restaurants.  Embracing the Chestnut brand values, our Head Chefs are responsible for the creative formulation and production of all menus with emphasis on the provenance and ‘awareness’ of the dishes. Our Head Chefs are accountable for the overall management of the kitchen operation, including management and mentoring of all kitchen team members, monitoring of stock and meeting budgeted financial KPI’s.
