The Junior Sous Chef will be support to the Head and Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen. In addition, this position will be support in the formulation and production of all menus.  This position will also involve input to developing and meeting the agreed financial targets and ensuring that the customer experience is always aligned with the property.
