Our Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen, including management of all kitchen team members. In addition, this position will be support in the formulation and production of all menus.  This position will also involve input to developing and meeting the agreed financial targets and ensuring that the guest experience is always aligned with the property.
