SOUS CHEF
Our Sous Chefs support their Head Chef in the overall operation of our kitchens, including management of all kitchen team members. In addition, our Sous Chefs support in the formulation and production of all menus. They also contribute to developing and meeting the agreed financial targets and ensuring that the guest experience is always aligned with Chestnut brand values.
