ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
All standard room reservations can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before 2pm prior to the arrival date. It is imperative to cancel your reservation before this time to avoid being charged. Amendments to reservations can include date changes, number of rooms, number of guests and changes to room categories. These changes may be subject to rate changes and additional costs. Cancellations on standard room reservations made 48 prior to arrival date will not be charged.
All standard reservations will be charged in full 48 hours prior to arrival. This charge will be made to the payment card that is supplied at point of booking. We cannot cancel, refund, or amend reservations in the 48 hours prior to arrival date. If a guest is not intending to arrive for their reservation and does not cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to their arrival date they will be charge.
Any reservation made using one of our pre-pay rates are non-refundable. Pre-pay rates require guests to make the payment in full for their reservation at the point of booking. We do understand that sometimes plans change and therefore offer guests on pre-pay rates one opportunity to amend their booking date, however, this will be subject to rate changes and additional costs may be incurred.
For large group reservations of 6 or more rooms will require a 25% deposit. This amount can be settled by the lead guest or we can charge individual payment cards per room. We can hold the rooms for a short period of time to allow individual guests to make their deposit payments. This time scale will be clearly communicated to the lead guest. The reservation will be secure once the full 25% deposit has taken, either from the lead guest or by room guest. Deposits are non-refundable.
For large group reservations amendments and cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival date, however, deposits are non-refundable. The full payment for large group reservations is required 30 days prior to arrival date.
