We can hold your table for up to 20 minutes from your reservation time. After this, your table may be released, and a cancellation fee may apply. If you arrive late, this time may be deducted from your overall booking duration.
Where possible, we will seat your party across as few tables as we can. However, for larger groups, this may not always be possible, and you may be seated across multiple tables. We will always aim to keep your group as close together as we can, though this cannot be guaranteed.
For drinks bookings, your space may include a combination of seated and standing areas, and we are unable to guarantee seats for all guests.
For outdoor bookings, we are unable to guarantee an indoor table in the event of poor weather.
Larger groups may be asked to pre-order or dine from a set menu. Our events team will be happy to provide further details.
Please note that parts of the pub or hotel may occasionally be unavailable due to private hire, and some spaces may be closed during your visit.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they appear intoxicated or behave inappropriately. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be offered. Right of admission is always reserved.
On rare occasions, we may need to amend or relocate your booking. If this happens, we will work closely with you to find the best possible solution. Should we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
Bookings of up to 9 Guests
Some bookings may require a deposit or card authentication to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained or the authenticated card being charged.
Bookings of 10 to 24 Guests
Some bookings may require a deposit or card authentication to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the deposit being retained or the authenticated card being charged.
For larger group bookings or key trading dates, we may require extended notice periods. This will always be clearly outlined during your booking journey.

A 25% deposit of the agreed booking value is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% balance is due 1 month prior to the event date.
For bookings made within 1 month of the event date, full prepayment will be required to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 1 month prior to the event date: 50% of the deposit will be retained
• Between 8 and 31 days prior: full deposit will be retained
• 7 days or less prior: full prepayment will be retained
For larger group bookings or key trading dates, we may require extended notice periods. This will always be clearly outlined during your booking journey.
A 25% deposit of the agreed booking value is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% balance is due 6 weeks prior to the event date.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date, full prepayment will be required to secure the booking.
