That means more gifts, more money off great food and drinks, more time to explore our pubs and Big Houses, and more time to spend with the people who make you happy.

About Time Loyalty
Being a member of the About Time community means you'll often be the first to know our news, you'll be invited to exclusive events and experiences, and you'll earn points and rewards for the time you spend with us.
Points
About Time members collect 1 point for every £1 spent at one of our pubs or hotels. Points can be collected on purchases of food, drink, and accommodation. Every time a member reaches 500 points, we convert those points into £10 in-app currency. Please note, points and currency expire after 12 months.
Rewards
We celebrate birthdays with a gift of £10 in-app currency to be spent during your birthday month. Please note, birthday gifts expire two weeks after your birthday.
We'll also add rewards to your account throughout the year as a thank you for choosing to spend time with us.
More benefits
Every once in a while, we like to treat our members to a gift, special offer, or exclusive experience. This could be a drink on us via the app or a gift voucher sent via email. We like to let our members know about offers and new experiences first - this is usually done by email, with updates in the app too.
So, how does it work?​
1. Download the app
Search for the About Time loyalty app on the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, you can click here.

2. Sign up
Tap on the sign up tab on the side menu. Remember to add your birthday so you receive your £10 birthday reward.

3. Start collecting points
Remember to scan your Loyalty when you visit us. You can collect points immediately.

4. Take a look around
Within the app, you can favourite your nearest pub, browse offers available across different locations, check opening times and much more.

5. Look out for updates
Remember to opt in to receiving our emails and keep an eye on your inbox for updates, special offers, gifts and invitations.

6. No smartphone, don't worry.
You can join and check your balance via our online portal. To collect points when you visit, you'll need to let a team member know your 10-digit membership number, so remember to make a note of it.
