ABOUT TIME LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP
TERMS & CONDITIONS

About Time is our Chestnut loyalty programme that enables members to earn points on purchases of food, drink and accommodation at our participating locations. For every £1 spent, 1 point is accrued. When the  500 point threshold is reached £10 in account currency is automatically added to the member's loyalty account. Currency rewards expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

To join About Time loyalty, members must be residents of the United Kingdom and over 18 years old. We will not be able to communicate with any guests under the age of 18 until they reach the appropriate age of consent. To sign up for a membership guests must do so online at www.chestnutgroup.co.uk/about-time-loyalty  Points can only be redeemed once membership sign up is complete. Special offers, updates, and invitations will only be communicated via marketing emails to loyalty members or via the About Time app; therefore, marketing consent must be given during sign up to receive full member benefits. Without marketing consent, members can still earn points and receive rewards. To receive the £10 birthday reward members must provide their date of birth.

About Time memberships can only be registered in the name of an individual (not a company or a family) and only one membership may be registered in the name of an individual. We do not offer joint memberships.
