SUFFOLK
The county that is home to the majority of our pubs is also home to some great Summer activities this year, including festivals celebrating music, food and our faithful four-legged friends.

WALKS & OUTDOORS
Suffolk Dog Day - Saturday 31st July, Helmingham Hall. It's all about our furry friends - enjoy demos, an agility course, entertainment, stalls... oh and we'll be there with our doggy bar. See you then!
Inn to Inn Walking Route - Pull on those walking boots and take a sunshine hike through woodland, marshland and beach, from Westleton to Dunwich and back again.
LIVE MUSIC & EVENTS
Taste of Sudbury - Hosted by Melford Hall, this event is a foodie favourite! Catch The Northgate's Head Chef, Greig Young, on stage on the 18th June.
Newmarket Nights - Racing and music. This years line up include Paloma Faith and The Script.
Latitude- This year's family friendly festival takes place between the 21st and 24th July.
FAMILY FUN
Southwold Maize Maze - Packed with fun and adventure, from go karts, to play parks, to two mazes... Oh and the views are pretty good too. Open July - September.
Go Ape - Hours of activity for kids, big and small, climbing through tree tops or exploring the forest. This is a great day out for all.
CAMBRIDGESHIRE
A Summer destination through and through, Cambridgeshire has lots of events taking place throughout the warmer months. From music festivals to country parks, there's much to be seen and experienced around this stunning county.

LIVE MUSIC
Cambridge Club Festival - Dance, disco and discover! Another family friendly festival with a great musical line that includes Diana Ross, TLC and Corrine Bailey Rae. Away from the main stage is The Imagination Station with children's comedy duo Dick and Dom and over in the orchard is the Auditorium of Intrigue - comedy, talks and live podcasts. 10th - 12th June.

Wellington Boot Wander - This is our newest pub walk, a circular route starting at The Carpenters Arms and finishing there too, for refreshing pint and bite to eat.
Cambridge Hire - Exploring the city of Cambridge is best done on two wheels (or an e-scooter if you like.) From colleges to the bustling market - get on your bike.
FAMILY FUN
Wandlebury Country Park - Miles of woodland and wildflower meadows, a den building area and plenty of space for picnics and meeting the resident Highland cows - the perfect spot for a family day out in the sunshine.
Jesus Green Lido - The largest pool in Cambridge and the longest in the country. The lido is a popular, family friendly activity throughout the summer.

A British Summer conjures up so many memories, with most having the experience of a day at the seaside as a nostalgic, firm favourite.
