If you've ever called up one of our pubs, the chances are you've already heard the voice of our Senior Central Reservations Executive, Genevieve (Gen). This post is part of our 'Growing with Chestnut' series and a celebration of one of our longest serving team members.

Having worked in London for a some time and feeling the need to adapt her lifestyle after starting a family, joining Chestnut was a natural fit for Gen!

From working with our pub teams to training new recruits, to manning the telephones and leading on the delivery of our guest experience - Gen is the voice of our brand and embodies everything we stand for. Working out of The Tavern (Head Office), Gen supports each of our pubs and communicates with guests, answering phones and email queries and is always there for any team members who need a chat, (as chief problem solver); just a few of the many tasks Genevieve does, day to day!
